POWER TRAINING was started by Darryl Faught who has spent his life being
involved in the Fitness and Nutrition environment. From early childhood
he was active in many sports and showed a keen interest to learn as
much as he possibly could about fitness, health and nutrition. During
the period 1996 to 2000 he spent time overseas training all over
Europe. His aim was to accumulate and source a variety of valuable
information in order to expand his already broad knowledge and
expertise on Personal Training. He was so successful in this regard
that he was appointed to train the security staff for the United
Nations.
After returning to South Africa during 2000, he worked as a Personal
Trainer at a number of the major health and fitness centres/clubs. He became the top Personal Trainer at each one!
In January 2006 he began his own unique training facility utilizing the EVERY MUSCLE EVERY DAY principles. His
interesting training methods, fascinating techniques, and amazingly
proven results have culminated in continual and rapid expansion of this
facility.
He specialises in coaching sports strengthening, speed,
conditioning and agility in sports such as boxing (he is an ex-boxer
from the S.A.P.S. boxing team), judo, brazilian jiu-jitsu, vale-tudo,
gymnastics and is also an avid grappler.
